When should I book a newborn session?
Once you know what bubs due date is, I usually pencil in a session when bub is due to be 1-2 weeks old. If bub is then born earlier or later we can adjust this date accordingly. I only take on 3 newborn sessions per week to allow the flexibility.
My child is really shy and I'm worried they won't like to be in the photos
As a mum who has experienced this myself, I totally understand! This is one reason why I love activity based family sessions. I have some wonderful prompts that I can use throughout the session to allow them to relax and enjoy this time with you.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera
This is honestly a completely normal feeling! Being in front of a camera isn't a natural thing. But my warm personality & empathetic nature will make you feel held and at ease. I want you to enjoy this time!
How should we dress for our session?
I would recommend any neutral or earthy colours including, whites, beiges, greens, browns etc. I also have a session guide which I send to all my clients once their booking is confirmed which is super helpful!
How do we receive the photos?
Once your images have been edited, I will send you a link to your gallery which you can view all the photos from the session. You can then choose your photos from there and I will send you another link which you can download the images from in high resolution.
How many pictures will we receive?
Each package includes a different amount of digital photos. You can find this information under the sessions tab. You can always choose to purchase more digital photos, the whole gallery or even order prints through my online store once you receive your gallery link.
